Binsar Jungle House

Everything - the food, the stay, the location - was just spot on. In a quiet pine forest with wide open views and zero traffic noise, it is the kind of place where you can properly switch off and recharge. Peaceful, beautiful, and surprisingly comfortable. The host is an absolute gem. He stayed in touch before the trip, coordinated with our cab driver, and made sure we found the place smoothly. Super helpful and down-to-earth. He even set up a bonfire for us - we sat around chatting about everything from local life to completely random stuff. It honestly felt like catching up with an old friend. He also helped us plan a trek to the Vimalkot temple in Dhaulchhina, which turned out to be a major highlight. The food was simple, home-like, and full of flavour - exactly what you want after a day out in the mountains. I am definitely coming back - and next time, for longer. Can not recommend this place enough.

The food, stay and the location everything was perfect. Panoramic views, with a peaceful environment and no traffic noise, it's the perfect place to stay, unwind and explore this mountain region. The hosts were lovely. They reached out to us before our stay and helped coordinate the location so that we would arrive smoothly. Overall wonderful experience, highly recommended.

the homestay owner aditya has developed beautiful cottages with all amenities in the middle of serene and quiet jungle .. above all aditya & his wife are wonderful hosts and they will take care of you like a family and the food they serve is tasty & fresh. Aditya knows the surrounding jungle and he will surely accompany you on jungle trail and will enlighten you with little things as bout local flora & fauna . best thing about home stay is its mesmerizing valley view & its serene surrounding. this homestay and its host .

Aditya and kalpana are wonderful hosts. It feels like home away from home. The home is nestled amidst beautiful jungle and perfect for bird watchers and peace lovers. Lucky to see so many bird species, langurs, wild boars, mongoose right around the house. I could settle here forever. No noise, not much people and not even vehicles around. Go on your own jungle hikes anytime anywhere. Very simple and tasty home made food. It's amazing how they have kept the premises and room so clean and neat and updated (with wifi) even in such a remote jungle... I had come for yoga sadhana and meditation in the region. Didn't find so much peace even at kasar devi as much as here.

The host of the place is a very attentive and cooperative person. He kept a track of us while we were reaching the location so that we shouldn't get lost on the way. The food here is very delicious and homely. The view from the location is mesmerizing. It's very peaceful and situated around the pine trees jungle. I would give this property 6 out of 5 stars for the overall experience.
