Water heater was not working. I was complained multiple times to them because they said that it would be work by morning 5 AM so they not even mention the time also there, so I was waiting for that 5 AM to get the water after 5 AM. also, I didn't get the hot water . There was no hot water in the room, and I don't get any water also there. Actually, they mention the in the bathroom that they have water heater everything, but it’s not given walking rice. Complaint 2 to 3 times, no response. They are informed that. It will it will be work on after 5 AM, but after 5 AM, also not working and they don’t even mention any time for that. Water will be work from this time so the water heater was not working and bathroom was not properly maintained

There’s is lot of problems in that room . 1.Too much of ac sound 2.Tv not working . 3.Bed sprit and pillow covers are too dirty . 4. Bathroom door not closed properly 5. ⁠lot of noise out the room.

We werestaying 24 hrs service category .We enjoyed this trip because of this rooms avaliable nearby temple.Everyone trusted one.

It was a horrible experience in Bharath Residency. I left the hotel after 6 hrs of check in. No professionalism no civic sence. I reached 3 hr before check in, I also prior informed the property that, I'm traveling with a kid and will reach proir to check in time, if the hotel cannot arrange a room at least I need a washroom to fresh up. The hotel provided me tge common driver washroom. I cannot explain the cleanliness. The property person also asked me 2-3 time when I'm planning to checkout. As if they are more interested on my checkout time then my family wellbeing. And I was also said that as I booked over online I'll be treated as low priority. I'm not sure why MMT is charging for this kind of room. other than a bed, tv, toilet and Ac nothing was there in that tiny room. Property outside and inside campus condition was also pathetic. In my view if you don't hv any choice then you can opt for it. That too max the room which I opted can be charged.

Stayed a night in Bharath Residency with family. Located near to the beach parking it's a busy area. The road is always full of vehicles entering and leaving the parking including buses can be chaotic and noisy at times. The rooms are nice and cosy though maintenance is required in the bathroom due to the hard water the towel rods are rusted and the tiles have stains. They don't have a restaurant, need to go next door to Chitra restaurant where you get South and North Indian food. Located around 750 m to the temple by walk and 250 m to the beach for people who can walk it's nice. The room didn't have towels and toiletries like toothpaste, soap that's a miss considering the price point. The people at the reception aren't multilingual they know only Tamil and very little English they should be multi lingual to help people. Most guest would visit the temple and they should guide on the timings etc. Overall good room, customer interaction needs to improve. Currently it's a new property they are managing with people booking online. For long term they need to improve customer service and make people feel welcome. The reception and common area needs to be clean. They should ask people returning from the beach to wash outside and come in.

The hotel is very.near to the temple.Though the room seems to be neat..it could have been still more better.The bathroom fittings were rusted..The curtains were dirty and the towels provided were stained.

Car parking at open space and we have to give our car key. Hot water at limited timing only. Room atmosphere good.

Property located near to the temple, so very easy access to temple and beach, rooms are neat and clean, staff very friendly and well informed us about our arrival, overall satisfied, room price look like little high to suggest other people, if it is 1,500 per night than this is the best place to stay.

I stayed at Bharath Residency in Tiruchendur and honestly didn’t like the experience at all. They just gave a single water bottle. The room looked decent, but there was no hot water at all for bathing. When I asked, they casually said it’s centralised, and nothing was done about it. I had also called earlier and asked for early check-in, even mentioned I’m okay . But they simply said all rooms were full the previous night. When I checked on MakeMyTrip myself, I could still book a room for the previous day — isn’t that wrong? If they wanted extra payment, they could have just said so instead of lying. On top of that, for the extra bed, they just handed over a mattress and blanket in hand and left. No one came to set it up. I’m not sure if that’s how it works normally, but Not recommending this hotel. Overall, a poor experience and service that doesn’t match even basic expectations.

Not properly set the room. Cockroach are there when left and came back. No proper personal arrangements - water, towels or soaps. Bed is not so much good, a manageable only.

The location is closer to the temple. Hot water is available. The neatness of the room is average. Ac was good.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed I booked this place for my parents and went through review and found this hotel to be ok but trust me after paying my parents had a nightmare of stay .... the staff is rude , the taps are broken , bed is not comfortable and the toilet seats is so high that you need to be a gymnast to use it plz don’t book this place

The location is very convenient for the temple visit. The road conditions leading to this property are very congested. Food was not available in the hotel. There are many small road side restaurants that are available but very very ordinary. The room size is very good. Due to sea proximity the water quality is very salty. This can be used for temple visit purposes alone. For leisure stay, this is not ideal.

We have asked the bedspread to change since it is not clean No towel is provided. Bathroom mat is also unclean
