Bell Hotel

Very good stay. The staff was very courteous and the hotel is great for family stay. It was clean & also this hotel is in close proximity to all requirements

Food quality and cleanliness are poor. During morning complimentary breakfast, plates and spoons were not properly clean

They don’t have smoking rooms… but you can very well smoke in rooms by compulsory paying fine of Rs 1000… would understand logic..

Property is ok restaurant is on ground floor all south and north indian its an advantage if your traveling with kids.

Room maintenance very poor, no dental kit, soap etc, room stingy. Food quality also very bad, all staffs were extremely rude. Not even minimal hospitality.

Rooms are clean , Staffs are very friendly, good food… I would definitely recommend Bell hotel to my friends and family… we stayed there for 5 days and it was extremely comfortable… it’s a good location as well to commute to various places.

Clean, comfort room. Decent, friendly reception. Too simple breakfast spread. For lunch and dinner, bell restaurant is great.

Not worth. towels are old .both the beds are separate . They don’t have family bedroom it’s a normal room not worth for money

We were two on a business trip. Stayed there for two nights. The room and toilet were both clean. Breakfast was acceptable. The shampoo and soap dispensers in the bathroom weren't filled. The cloth hanger in my room was too small. I can hang only shirts in that. There was a flask in the room. But we needed an electric kettle. The room service is not helpful. I called them for two tea bags, sugar and water. They said they don’t have that. Then i found the items in the trolley used by the room service in the hallway. I asked the same items the very next day, and they brought those items to my room. The chair in my room had damaged cushions.

The hotel management seems to be not interested in pleasing the customers. The location is good, the food is reasonable but nothing great, amenities non existing and servies very poor. Room service is non existant, even the front office is not manned fully.

Location and the service are good. Furniture such as chairs are very old with old cushions. Both room condition is very bad with completely stained wall and floor tiles. Food is good

Pleasant stay and comfortable location

The security was so harsh as we entered the portico. As myself drew the car i had to guide my wife with luggage into the reception area. There was no one to pick up the luggage or receive. The receptionist was keeping on talking over phone and asked to fill the entry form with gestures. He took the key and kept on the table and turned back with his talk over mobile. I had carry the luggage to lift find the room by myself. The whole floor had smell of cigarette smoke. The room and bed was not worth money paid. So old and uncomfortable. The toilet seat was in horrible condition. Came down to park the car. Was shunting between 2areas where the security told but couldn’t find a place. Lastly parked on the road. Total horrible stay ever had. Why such a hype for this hotel with such high tariffs. With such high rates not worth a penny!
