Rsr residency, hotel is walking distance from bus stand which is good. Rooms, facilities, washrooms feels old and needed more cleaning. The hotel authorities are much hesitant to welcome the online booking customers.

Happy Diwali sir. During your overnight 8 hours stay We are very sorry we cannot provide room service on diwali night because of holiday to all staff. That is the reason we cannot give good service during your overnight 8 hours stay. We have also refunded Rs. 1500 to you for not giving breakfast. We have also provided accommodation to 2 extra guest for free. Air conditioning was excellent. Shower and amenities are good. This is the best we can give to our conscience on diwali night sir.
