The location of the stay is the most appealing other than that everything is over rated. The charges for food or the quality both was poor. We stayed for 2 nights 3 days yhe rooms were not cleaned nor even asked for cleaning. Every drop of drinking water is chargeable. The entrance has to be built at the earliest as it is very inconvenient to take the vehicle and enter the premises. The property needs maintenance its high time

Thank you for your feedback mrs dutta. I would like to clarify some points here. The charges of the food (fish) is aps as mentioned to you earlier. We never store fish here and is directly sourced from the harnai ports daily auction so that we serve the freshest sea food possible. We may be a homestay but there are certain timings that we follow for housekeeping. Nevertheless if you would have requested to get your room cleaned beyond the stipulated time i'm sure our staff wouldn't have declined. The drinking water served to our guests is packaged drinking water (bisleri) and not tap water thus besides the complimentary bottles all other bottles are ought to be charged. Konkan lost many homes in the recent storm nisarga and we've had few of our structures destroyed as well. But we've got it restructured back. Do check it out the next time you pass by.

Beautiful beach and nice location

If you want less crowded beach and beach facing stay then this is the best place. Caretaker suryakant is really helpful. Ps:most of the mobile networks are not working most of the time and there is no sign board either so gather all details in advance)
