The food & inhouse service was very good. But the maintenance of Restaurant and rooms left much to be desired. I had to change my room as the AC was not working properly, poorly maintained bathroom, broken/shifting commode seat, water taps not functioning properly, etc

The normal rooms are not well kept nor are the in-house room facilities though their restaurant food is good and appreciable.

Room was okay types. Breakfast was poor. Service was also not great. Staff Behaviour was normal .Need to improve the quality

Dear team I am disappointed with the quality of service and room hygiene and food, 1) Room hygiene was very poor as it is having foul smell. 2) Room service was very poor and delayed the coffe order by 1 hour. 3) Food service to room was very poor as food was served with out covering plates and with dirty plates to eat . 4)No telivission channels are avilable otherthan hindi news Channels.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights. Wash room hygiene is poor rooms had 2 double beds. Hotel is situated on a mountain top. Breakfast is pathetic.

The hygiene of the place is worst. The room just looks good from outside, but there are many cockroaches around and not clean. The bathroom stinks

Rooms were spacious, but the quality was not upto the mark. The bedding was unclean with some stains, the pillow were stinky, the ac was working when we checked in, but at night the room dint get cooler even with ac running. Overall okay for short stay but high priced.

It was a horrible place not according to your reviews, i had to leave that baramati club in just 1 day, i should get a refund from u guys for this bad experience since i didn't even stay at that place for more than 1 day. I want refund

Extremely old ac’s which rarely function, unclean, untrained and unexperienced staff, overall a big no suggested

Overall all the emenities are excellent, good service, all surrounded by greenery, swimming pool n all other activities are so nice

The room was booked for two persons but only one tooth brush was kept. Drinking water was not in the room which was to be called for. With glasses. Secondly the bathroom water not getting drained quickly. The second person had to wait half an hour. Till area was clean. Anyway we had a new experience. Minimum basic requirements r to be ready before handing over the room. Other things were ok

Stay at baramati club was terrible. We had booked a suite room. But the ac was not working, the dining table was terrible, the furniture bathroom, mirror was absolutely bad. Completely avoid this place

Food is excellent room service to be improve

The rooms are not highly furnished but neat and clean. From business traveler angle it is not to the standard. Breakfast was not in spread form. But what we order was good quality.

Check in was super smooth. Room was clean (though basic). Staff was polite, focused on guests requirements and willing to go out of the way to take care of any special requests. I will stay if it come to Baramati again.
