The worst staying experience ever

They mentioned all the facilities like WiFi, rooms, good mattress, 24x7 service facilities, electricity etc But when we reached there after lots of struggle, they didn't even provided mattress, pillow, WiFi, charging plug, electricity etc. The toilet hygiene was so bad that i can't explain in words. They provided only one small plastic dom with thin foam sheet to sleep as a mattress. The blanket was completely unwashed and bad smelly. They charged for two tent, but it was not worth of a 100rs. It was the worst staying experience, i had face in my life.
