Our recent stay at Aurabay Resort in the stunning Glass Villa was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled amidst lush greenery, the villa gave us the feeling of being tucked away deep in nature, while still being conveniently located near all the major attractions. It truly provided the best of both worlds—tranquility and proximity to the city. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an exceptional level of hospitality. The resort staff, led by Pratap and Hari, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Pratap, in particular, made us feel like part of the family, attentively looking after our every need, while Hari ensured that all arrangements were smooth and seamless. One of the standout experiences of our stay was the private swimming pool. Equipped with a water pump system, the pool was pristine and incredibly refreshing, offering a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The gentle sound of the water and the cool, crystal-clear pool added an extra layer of relaxation to our experience. Whether it was an early morning dip or a late evening swim under the stars, the pool made every moment feel luxurious and serene. Of course, the culinary experience was equally memorable. The in-house chef, Prathap, along with Saravanan and Periyasami, prepared authentic Chettinad dishes that were a feast for the senses. Every meal was bursting with flavor, and the attention to detail in each dish was impeccable. The food was not only delicious but showcased the true essence of Chettinad cuisine. The resort itself is a testament to thoughtful design, combining modern comforts with a deep respect for the natural surroundings. Despite being close to the city, the lush greenery around the villa made us feel as though we were in a secluded forest retreat. This harmony between nature and luxury created an atmosphere of serenity, perfect for relaxation. The service was outstanding throughout our stay. Perumal and Kamalesh, the service staff, were always on hand, providing impeccable service with warmth and professionalism. The housekeeping team—Valli, Bhubathi, and Vasanthi—ensured that our villa was spotless and welcoming, adding a personal touch to every corner of our stay. A special mention must be made for the owner, Saravanan, whose kindness and friendliness left a lasting impression. His commitment to providing an exceptional experience is reflected in every aspect of Aurabay Resort.
