All the service was good, staffs were very responsive and polite. Food quality was also good. A little improvement is required in late night as no body responds in late night service and early morning food facility. No staff responds to any help required in night or by 8 am in the morning(for any kind of service such as ordering breakfast or waterbottles.

Terrible Stay

Our experience is very bad. There is no basic amenity. They don't have electricity backup. There is no backup. We have to wait for confirmation of our booking for 30 to 40 minutes because it was online. In the villa, there is no electricity. There is no AC in the hall. The fan is not working in both rooms. There is no inverter in the room. There is garbage all over the garden.

The resort is beautiful and close to nature. The deluxe room space is sufficient for a family of 4-5. The staff was well mannered and helpful. Food is also good. Although the google map route is confusing. That needs to be corrected in the route at mmt site.
