Reception is 0 . Reception Staff with bad attitude.rooms are with bad smell . Towels are with bad condition. No glass in the room expect paper cup .

Food is terrible and amenities are also not proper. Don’t fall for swimming pool access as it is not in well maintained condition. Neither do they have a wifi at the hotel and room service is also not proper.

Every thing was up to the mark specially I would like to mention that room service was excellent.. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Rooms are not well maintained. They are very dirty. There are a lot of mosquitos in room. .

Terrible property and terrible experience

The property is excellent n value for money. Even the food quality is also good. But the rates of menu is quite very high. They don't even have an intercom in their rooms.

My stay at resort was for 3 days but the condition of rooms was terrible- lizards, mosquitoes in room, toilet seat broken, foods delayed by 1 hr on the time of delivering, staff didnt had manners of talking, food quality inappropriate

- no proper room service. - reception and rooms are too far for check-in - no power backup for rooms. - no proper ac cooling. - washrooms getting chocked.

No maintenance of property, rude staff specially so called bouncers(localities). Over charge price for food items. Normal tea cost 90 rupee, pool dirty. Bathrooms tap broken

the manger of property r very rude not allowing my guest. our experience is very bad.

1. No proper parking space 2. Rude staff 3. Zero hospitality 4. Zero amenities 5. Bad, filthy stinking rooms 6. Charge for even drinking water 7. Stinking kettle and cups 8. Broken taps and doors doesnt get locked easily overall pathetic experience. Will never go there again, not recommended at all

Please remove arnav from category of resort. This only for marriage and other functions where all are inclusive. Swimming pool is very dirty

No facility like tv not working, no wifi only food quality is good

Not good at all very expensive food. Better is tdi club to stay food also good daily buffet breakfast. Arnav don't serve buffet breakfast it is only mentioned but they don't give.

Promised room type was not provided. Room cleaning was not done, linens was used. So we checked out on same day. Why are you offering to customers such properties?

Pool was dirty and bad services. Breakfast not gud.

While the room was spacious the ac was ineffective. It took it over 5-6 hours to cool the room. The fan was not working in the room. We had to call the team 4 times to get it checked. Finally they shifted us to other room. The water in the shower was boiling hot. My wife almost burnt herself while bathing. The management just asked us to keep the tap on for 30-40 mins before normal water resumes but that never happened. We were overcharged for a glass of milk as they said food service is available to guests who stay at cottages only because that's near to the kitchen. We had to call to service every-time we needed water. On last day morning we were charged rs 60 for water also as they guy said room service is unavailable at 8 am and water bottle has come from the kitchen. While their behaviour was decent they were ill prepared for our arrival though we had called them in the morning before reaching there 2 hours in advance.
