VERY BED Room service staff are worst they don't have any manner to treat and serve too. Besides that they provide very bad quality of Blanket which is very dirty and bad. In morning hour room service man didn't came to clean washroom. Gate lock was not in good condition.

Overall you can enjoy in Apsara hotel. It is situated near railway station. Room condition is so nice but latrine and bathroom condition should be improved. There are sufficient sofa in room. Cleanliness of the room is also nice.

The only reason, I chose this hotel was it's location. Cleanliness is not at all maintained. The property is very old and looks shabby. The staff were friendly though. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. There are better properties available nearby.
