According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.

The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-12 years.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 2 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.

The room tariff includes all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out.

Pay at Checkout

Pay at Checkout policy is valid for hotels in India only.

After booking a hotel online on Makemytrip, the hotel may ask the guest to make partial prepayment a few days before the checkin to guarantee the booking, per hotel's T&C.

The remaining amount needs to be paid by the guest at the hotel. Guests might be asked to pay in cash if the credit card machine at the hotel is absent or dysfunctional.

If the guest plans to check-in at the hotel after 5:00 pm, they must inform the hotel in advance. The hotel can release the room in case you have not checked-in by 5:00 pm and have not informed the hotel about your late check-in.

Some hotels might ask for a security deposit of up to 100% of the booking amount at the time of check-in; denial of paying security deposit, may lead to hotelier not allowing check-in.

    The rooms are good. However the management was very poor, no one was there to check in our stay. There was only one person in the resort, and he was unaware of the fact that we were coming. But the person is really nice and humble. The resort is really beautiful. No WiFi, although it is mentioned. Everything is good except their management.

    It was a very bad experience. Mr Pawan, the owner of the hotel, don't know how to talk with quest and women. Really pathetic behaviour. Mr Amit, who took the booking from MMT don't know how to manage hotel and booking. He gave false commitment of providing AC room but gave room without AC. Even the fan of the room was not working. There was a small room cooler and Mr Pawan said that "at least cooler is working... Yaha to aise hi hota hai".

    This resort was mind blowing in terms of its facilities and internal arrangements ... But to reach at this location in Chamba is a task. Its way to entrance is very bad and needs improvement but once you enter in its premises you will fall in love & will not go any where outside of this resort.

    Location was fine but the services was pathetic.. We reached there by 9 pm.. There was no electricity no welcome drink was given to us even he had to ask for water again and again.. After requesting them for dinner they gave us dinner But still the dinner was same as their services... It was very bad.. We felt that why we came here. We called the manager and told him about the services But he didn't take any actions about it. This booking ruined our trip.

    Location wise it is a awesome place to visit. Resort is also very beautiful with lots of tree and river view. But the service is so poor and two time I found the hair in the food the amenities is also not available.
