The hotel is closed down and refused my entry,faced a terrible situation and afterwards provided a hotel named Vrizvas but that too was very shabby and not conducive for staying and though complimentary breakfast was there but the hotel refused that and I had to pay extra for my dinner and breakfast.Altogether it was a pathetic experience for me and I genuinely claim the cost of my breakfast and dinner which is Rs.1500.00 only from your end.Plz do the needful as I have already spoke to you thrice with your representatives today who have asked for 24 hrs. to settle my claim.

worst ever experience had in my life. Bare electrical wiring, Tv not working, lift was in very poor condition. false information given it was actual 2 to 3 Km away from main road. in night no transport service was there.

All lies about this property. Pathetic condition. Worst stay ever in my entire travel life. The food was good and the rest was all rubbish.

Very Dirty Bathroom n Lobby Area Lizards on walls , Mosquitoes , nd Rats in room Rats destroyed our prasad kept in our bag ,Very poor Services , Rude nd Non Co-operative Staff , provided Non standard room with Non working AC And after Complaining Hotel Management & on MMT they changed the room After 1hour at approx 11.30pm. Provided mineral Water After 1hour of check in . We made many calls to room service no but there was no one to pick the call . overall I would not recommend any one to stay in this hotel.

the worst experience in the name of Clarks. no service no amneties, staff is very irresponsible, no towel, no toiletries given. noone to respond at reception. rooms sucks, stinking, no one to clean or manage

It was a pathetic experience. We booked deluxe garden view room on extra payment but were given backyard view room. There was no water in bathroom/ toilet & washbasin through evening till checkout. Food was also not good. Can’t recommend to others. Big waste of money

i found this property through mmt but lots of mosquito in room.no water in tap of washbasin.very dirty room. housekeeping staff not responding.

It is very bad. My request is: don't go there by paying so much money. The staff ignores all the things. Whatever you need The room is not even cleaned properly before handing. over Mosquitos are so many that they won't let you sleep the whole night. If you are thinking of adding food in the tickets then please don't do it, use a different restaurant because you will get zero facility in the name of the option, it was a very bad experience, really bad

The experience was bad to say the least. We landed at the Hotel to be told that MakeMyTrip has done overbooking and though we had a confirmed, fully paid booking, no rooms were available. This was practically at 11 pm in the night ! We were told to get in touch with MakeMyTrip and ask for a refund. Somehow, through a combination of coaxing we were given a room after waiting for about half an hour. The room upkeep was pathetic. No cleaning, no towels, bathrooms unclean, beds unkempt. Thankfully, lights and AC were running. There was no water supply...we were told that Vrindavan had no water for the lasst 2 days, but we woudl be getting it shortly. The "shortly" did'nt happen for the bext couple of hours. The water which finally did come in the morning was horrible...dirty, muddy...not fit to even use in the Toilets. All in all a really sad experience. The location of the property, however, is good. The maintenance and upkeep pathetic.

Worst experience ever please remove this hotel from your site it will tarnish image of make my trip and see reviews of other guests also terrible experience even police came to resolve the issue

Hotel is not part of Clark's Inn anymore. There was mosquito in room, poor housekeeping and maintenance. Not worth staying.

The pictures of the hotel are deceiving. The hotel is not well maintained. Our bathroom jet was not working. The lift in our wing was out of order. Overall a bad experience

Hi there, It was horrible experience booking with you. When we reached the hotel in the evening for check in, we learnt that Hotel has taken over booking & so many guests are waiting to get check in. Someone had registered a police case & police was there & all staff fled the scene. Even after 2 hours of all struggle we could not get the anything & late night we had to take We called your customer care but no body helped us We lost our money, got harassed & ended up paying a huge amount of money. I do not know whether a company of your repute can re imburse my losses Parth Lohia

I want to cancel the booking for next day. Mosquito ac remote not available. Cleaning terrible

They should immediately close their hotel as a service. No water, dirty water supply reception not responding no service even after repeated requests very very dirty rooms and washrooms no management in allotting rooms in time. clients waiting for 1 hour 90 mins even after confirmed booking and advance payment. pathetic experience !!!!!!!!

Will escalate it to consumer forum . The facility was pathetic . Firstly was not issuing rooms even after booking . I have to wait along with my 2 kids for 3 hours to get our booked room. Room condition was pathetic . No cleanliness was there . Height of the poor service were breached when water supply was not there and many customer were complained and after so much of havoc police came to resolve the issue . But I along with my family suffered a lot so need a refund .
