Property location good. But the property is on full renovation. No other people was there. Food not up the mark.

An oasis of tranquility in the heart of kurseong, my stay at allita resort in kurseong was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment i arrived, i was captivated by the serene ambiance and breathtaking views that surrounded the resort. Nestled amid-st the lush greenery of the himalayas, allita resort offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The resort itself is a testament to luxury and comfort. The rooms are elegantly designed, providing a perfect blend of modern amenities and rustic charm. I particularly enjoyed waking up to the panoramic views of the mountains every morning, feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The staff at allita resort deserves special commendation for their impeccable service and hospitality. From the warm welcome at the reception to the prompt room service, every interaction with the staff was delightful. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay truly set allita resort apart. The dining experience at the resort was equally exceptional. The in-house restaurant served delectable meals prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, each dish was a culinary delight. One of the highlights of my stay was exploring the surrounding area. My experience at allita resort was nothing short of magical. I cannot recommend allita resort highly enough and eagerly look forward to returning soon.

Staff is good but rooms are small and wash rooms are very small and the layout is very inconvenient specially for the senior citizens. Restaurent has insufficient lighting and not well furnished.

It is located a little bit away from the city of kurseong, on a hilltop named giddha pahar. The drive up the steep slope may be a bit unnerving, but all of it is worth it after you visit the premises. The services are pretty good, with friendly staff all around. The location of the hotel and the services are quite good, to say the least.

Good property. Nestled away from the city hustle, it is a good place if you are looking for some peaceful time.

It was a great experience, the staff was very good and helpful. The rooms were amazing and the view was also nice. The entire property is also very beautiful. It was good experience.

Terrible view even in suite room, bad construction noise which spoiled the vacation. Wont recommend anyone.

This hotel is located in top of a hill. The views are breathtaking and ine can see lots of greenery around. But that's it. Our hotel stay experience was average as nothing to do in the hotel itself they have kept carrom and chess in their games zone which most of the guest must have on their homes. Table tennis table should be kept as idea should be that guest can be involved in activities which they cant in routine life. We upgraded one of our room to suite but to our surprise the usable room size of the suite was less than a normal room and a very bad smell of damp was coming. The extra price paid for the upgrade was not worth a single penny and thrte was no place to accommodate an extra bef in the room. Can u imagine. Then came the breakfast part where ot was total ciourse. Some time cutlery, some time food and at time even was tea was served after ages after our request. They were not able to manage the guest and the breakfast spread was pretty ordinary and very place was also very small. My overall experience is that i will not recommend this hotel to my family and friends

Location is nice but breakfast and reception service is very slow. So kindly keep a breakfast in a buff way system

It’s a nice resort it is a 20 minutes drive from kurseong town the roads gives a nice experience. The property amenities are excellent there is live band bon fire and the restaurant setup is excellent it gives natural beauty.

The property is good. Ambience and interior is good. The hotel is clean and the staff members are humble. The best part was it's restaurant. The interior and the food of the hotel is awesome. We enjoyed the karaoke night as well.

Once you reach the property, the experience is fabulous. An ideal property for couples, families, and elderly persons. The property is located on a hill top, at a good height, overlooking kurseong town. The mountain ranges and rivers at a distance, and greeneries make it enchanting. Food served at the property is of the highest standards and efficient, courteous, smiling staff makes your stay at the property memorable and enjoyable.

The stay was pleasant, the property is beautiful, the staff is courteous and willing to help. The only issue i had was that i found the price of the food too high. Even though the taste was good but the price was too much given the portion size.

I booked suite room, no valley or mountain view ! only visible was concrete wall, food was average, only good thing is the tea and coffee in chi a bar!

My 4 year old kid used a small sketch pen and left a small blotch on the bed sheet. The hotel charged 1416- as damage charge ( the bed sheet must have cost hardly ) and refused to hand over the bed sheet to us. Terrible and beggarly attitude of such an esteemed hotel.

It was good but food quality was not that good and too expensive according to the food quality. Otherwise the view and location is very good

Allita resort is very calm and quite, good hospitality, very good foods, complimentary breakfast superb, clean room and furnished, very important is it is very near to bagdogra airport can reach there with in hour. Superbbb
