Actually the stay was good … but the hanger inside the washroom was broken.. the room was so fresh and clean

Location of the property is best. Clean rooms. The restaurant kokki is well maintained. Room service is not there. This option needs to be considered.

The room was good ok. Ac was average. Bathroom is not good it's cleaned but the tiles is not good and also there is a foul smell in bathroom at first. Need an tea kettle in room overall it's an average one.

Not worth for the cost. Dont have food service at room even though they have a restaurant in the next floor. Tea/coffe maker kept in a common area like in some hostels. Had to carry y the luggage from the parking by stairs as the lift starts from 1st floor. Over all experience is poor

Room was good. Basement parking is available. Good place to stay with family. Few suggestions for moving from good experience to excellent experience - washroom floor and wall have stains, remove it. No option for vegetarian food in complementary breakfast. The spread is very very limited and all options are non-vegetarian. So if you are a vegetarian, then you need to remove the non-vegetarian dish and select your options. Have a good exclusive vegetarian option. The bed length is shorter and too soft. A good supportive bed should have been better. No room service. Make the guest to feel like value for money.

Stay was awesome. Center of eastfort. Affordable. Clean. Attitude of staff was really nice. Good stay in thrissur center.

Stayed at the property for 2 nights. Location of the property is very good, just about 5 minutes drive to thrissur round. It is city center, just opposite to jubilee mission hospital. Few things one should before booking on this property is, they have only rooms. Rooms are not very big but manageable, if only 2 people. Very clean rooms, excellent housekeeping, only mineral water is provided. No tea/coffee or milk in the room. But provision is made down the corridor. So if are in habit of having coffee/ tea immediately after brushing, one has to walk down the corridor, where all ingredients are very neatly kept in a tray along with electric kettle. You can make coffee/tea & take it to your room. Another thing is they don't have room service. One has go to the restaurant on the 1st floor. The restaurant is open from 07:30 a. M. - 10:30 p. M. The food is excellent. I have been a fan of navy a food since many many years. My reason to book at this property was good food & good location. Hence expected good experience. Staff is very friendly & humble ( don't expect professionalism) and slow. The one most important thing i didn't like about the property was - on both the days, when we went for breakfast to the restaurant, cleaning was in process, the area near wash basins ( they 2 beautiful standing wash basins) was so wet as the lady was mopping, i feared i might fall. Also on the first day, we had sit & breakfast in an area in the restaurant as cleaning the floor was in process. The 2nd day we were greatful to have got a cleaned area to sit for breakfast as they were cleaning the other half of the restaurant. My point is, when breakfast is served from 07:30 a. M, the management should ensure that cleaning is already done. As a customer, i wouldn't want to sit is unclean area, smelling the phenol and having my breakfast. Your cleaning & housekeeping is good, but please learn to mange the time without offending customers. This also effects the ambience. Clean restaurant before opening to customers ( the staff were not even apologetic about this as maybe it's an everyday thing for them )

Always choose navy a 18 rooms, decent room. Good service. Neat and clean. Located in centre of city.
