The hotel provided with 2 room options on checkin and got the terms of use signed... staff was well behaved... all in all a safe place for stay. The room was well maintained and clean the hotel also provided room service.

I stayed at Hotel Rupam for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very neat and clean, with a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The food served was delicious and hygienic. The highlight of my stay was the hospitality. Mr. Ramna Mishra, the manager, was extremely helpful and cooperative throughout my visit. His warm and professional approach made me feel at home. The behavior of all the staff members was equally commendable — polite, respectful, and always ready to assist. Overall, Hotel Rupam offers great service and a memorable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

location is near by karol bagh station but inside congested road. amenities will rate average, as room was also congested, towels were very poor quality, the liquid soap for handwash is same for body wash....food quality was also average, alu paratha seems last night one reheated and delivered in breakfast .......veg and non veg together kept side by side, serving person also one to handle guest at kitchen. services were good.

It was a pleasant experience. Cleanliness is absolutely perfect . Bed sheets and duvertwere very clean.

rupam hotel provided a very good room to me . their restaurant oh! pind serves one of the best north Indian in the city it's a class apart . quality is exceptionally good .

The hotel building is very old, water shower was clogged, we had to use bucket and mug for bathing. service was good. whenever we requested for cleaning, they promptly did. tv was not coming off initially but once we complained, they cane and fixed it. hotel maintenance should be proactive. for the old room, I felt it was costly but the locality was near by market and metro.. so, I would say average. if you will be spending, more time in the room on your trip, then this is not for you as there are no amenities. but if you have packed schedule and just need time to sleep and get ready and if it is within your budget, then you can go for it. we faced lot of wild flies in the room.

Staff is very very cooperative. Minor issues are there in maintenance. But, it's ok Its near to Karol Bagh Metro Station which is very good. Staff is very very cooperative to non local visitors .. The hotel is in a quite busy area and was quite hard to find. Room service and breakfast was decent. Cleanliness has to be better as we had to change room close to midnight as we heard some rat screeching sound . Would say they are other options available at this cost.

I arrived hotel a bit early at 8:30 from their standard check In time I.e 12 pm and was given the room by 11 am . Staff was very cooperative. Room was tidy, spic and span well maintained. I also availed food service multiple times, the food was good . On my check out date staff was accommodating enough to extend my stay for 2 hours without any extra charge . I recommend this hotel
