Hotel ambience was very nice, staff's behaviour was appreciating ...... room was very neat and clean ... breakfast was very tasty ,simple and refreshing....,thanku much..

The hotel provided with 2 room options on checkin and got the terms of use signed... staff was well behaved... all in all a safe place for stay. The room was well maintained and clean the hotel also provided room service.

I stayed at Hotel Rupam for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very neat and clean, with a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The food served was delicious and hygienic. The highlight of my stay was the hospitality. Mr. Ramna Mishra, the manager, was extremely helpful and cooperative throughout my visit. His warm and professional approach made me feel at home. The behavior of all the staff members was equally commendable — polite, respectful, and always ready to assist. Overall, Hotel Rupam offers great service and a memorable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

location is near by karol bagh station but inside congested road. amenities will rate average, as room was also congested, towels were very poor quality, the liquid soap for handwash is same for body wash....food quality was also average, alu paratha seems last night one reheated and delivered in breakfast .......veg and non veg together kept side by side, serving person also one to handle guest at kitchen. services were good.
