Diti was very very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel. If anyone is visiting to Kolkata. The location was perfect, specially for people who are coming for the USConsulate or visa interview. Check-in process was very smooth. The food was very good. Overall I had a very cosy and comfortable stay. I felt very very safe. I'm really really happy with the hotel. The staff was also very helpful very good. The best part what I like about the hood. This hotel is that I have a friend who was coming next morning and they didn't ask me anything. They didn't charge me anything they let my friends stay in the room, and then we can have a smooth checkout.

I stayed at this hotel from Sep 28-29th and then Sep 30-Oct 1. I was given a room in the New wing - (505 and 411) - both the rooms were cosy and well-appointed. The part I loved the most about my stay was the staff - full of bright, young and enthusiastic professionals who were earnest and agile/responsive to the needs of guests at the hotel. I enjoyed eating an excellent, traditional ‘Sashti’ dinner at the restaurant situated at the lobby. Also, the breakfast spread was quite elaborate and fulfilling. I remember Ashmita at the coffee shop and Rohan at the front desk, who were really friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is brilliant with Park Street and Camac Street just a few minhs away and both South City mall and Quest mall, at a short driving distance. I would strongly recommend staying at The Kenilworth. It’s value for money, great service and offers a thoroughly comfortable stay.

I stayed there for second time on account of official tour, I love this place very much, it's breakfast menu, taste, cordial behaviour of hotel staffs and management fascinates me a lot. Rooms are well maintained, very few hotels are there where you find that as soon you switch on tap for hot water , you get the same, here it is one of such hotel, perfection in every installation is there. I would suggest every traveller to atleast visit this place once and have a pleasant stay.

Property is located in the centre of Kolkata and walkable distance to US consulate. Room is bit smaller but ambience is good. Complent breakfast is average. Variety is there, but lacks authentic taste. Staff are young and can improve customer services. Bad part is renovation is going on the same floor. Lot of noise and distrubance. The reception staff are not aware of the renovation work, which I don't agree. Overall it is not worth for the money
