The hospitality was really well, the staff is helpful especially Mr Nitin who took care of all our needs. However much more cleaning is needed in bathrooms. The hotel is an old building however is affordable and safe

Good Stay
Everything was absolutely great the only thing we are disappointed was when we checkin we got a very dirty towel and bed linen and when we asked for service of the room we got the same linen again which was found dirty again all yellow spots on white linen so please work on that if possible

4 rooms of 5 we're good, 1 room had locknopening problem n then at night we had to shift to another. in my room the water heater was not working. cleanliness n breakfast satisfactory, ac was working but remote had problems

Excellent Stay
The atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant and hygienic. It is very close to the station and bus stand. The food quality in the restaurant is excellent and hygienic. The staff is polite and respectful. There is also a hall for parties. In my opinion, it is a good place to go with family in Kolhapur.

Very Poor, No cleanliness, No food quality, though it was complimentary food for us - but we choose not to eat at Hotel and we took breakfast outside rather than at Hotel.

Good Stay
The stay at Hotel Kohinoor Palace had mixed reactions from our family. We had booked 3 rooms but got only 1 room which was renovated and the other 2 had some minor issues and were not renovated. However, the staff was good, and the food and complimentary breakfast were delicious. The hotel is well situated near Ambabai temple, Rankala etc. and that is their USP. Overall, the experience was good but can be improved if the minor issues in rooms are looked at proactively.

Hotel needs maintenance. Bathroom door locked automatically and also main door locked and had to call room service boy. Two three lights were not working. Hotel staff are good are cooperative and they shifted to another room Breakfast was very tasty

Pathetic hotel to stay
The hotel’s cleanliness was extremely disappointing. The rooms and washrooms were poorly maintained, with dust everywhere and dirty beds. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and the lack of food hygiene was concerning. Overall, the place felt neglected and far below acceptable standards

Terrible Stay
The hotel is a very old property and the furniture is about to collapse. Lot of cockroaches overall and not well maintained hotel. Better to avoid the hotel not suitable for from family. Breakfast was very limited and not recommended. Hygiene is zero overall.
