The hotel is a very old property and the furniture is about to collapse. Lot of cockroaches overall and not well maintained hotel. Better to avoid the hotel not suitable for from family. Breakfast was very limited and not recommended. Hygiene is zero overall.

Disappointing Stay – Needs Major Improvement

We stayed at Hotel Kohinoor Square for one night, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The room was poorly maintained, and we even noticed cockroaches upon arrival. The AC was not functioning, and the washroom cleanliness was below expectations. As we arrived quite late, we couldn’t take up the matter with the manager. Due to the overall condition, we decided to skip the breakfast. The property definitely needs better hygiene and maintenance before being recommended to travelers.

The only positive aspect of the hotel is its proximity to the Bus Depot. However, the overall experience was unsatisfactory. The cleanliness was extremely poor, the taps were leaking, there was no assistance available at the reception, and the hotel was under renovation during the stay. The overall experience was good. I stayed with my family and parents. I have booked 2 executive rooms which were very spacious. The dinner served in the room was also decent and comes at a very reasonable charge. The complimentary breakfast consisting of unlimited poha, idli-sambhar, milk-cornflakes, sandwich and tea/coffee/milk was nice. My little daughter loves that! And would like to specially mention the serving guys for their kind hospitality. Had seen the negative reviews regarding parking, but I got the dedicated parking in the basement assisted by the gate keeper - no issue felt. The improvement can be done towards the cleanliness of the rooms - the racks, fridge, microwave, wardrobes etc were not thoroughly cleaned. There was a layer of dust. Though, the room and the linens were good.

My experience was bad, The hotel ambiance was very poor, it was not maintained properly. When you check no one guide you properly and just hand in room keys, there is no person who can assist you with your luggage and accompany you up to room. Roms are very much stinking, cozy and also important is having cockroaches. Rooms walls look painted more than 10-15 years back and do not look fresh. Food quality was average with no multiple options.
