Sofia Airport, also known as Vrazhdebna ( SOF ) is a beautiful airport located almost 10 kilometres east of Sophia. Besides running modern buses and super trains, the Sofia Airport has provision for international standard car rental facilities. Individual car parking facilities include both short and long term parking outside the terminal building. The SOF Airport also facilitates services like banks, bureau de change, ATMs, restaurants, cafeterias and bars, duty-free shopping, a chemist, travel agency, tourist information desk and first aid facilities. There is also a business lounge with internet access, and a luggage-wrapping machine at departures.
