Web check-in and verification
Passengers flying on All Nippon Airways are required to check-in between 24 hours to 75 minutes before departure of international flights. One is required to provide his/her passport information along with valid email address to receive notifications and the boarding pass. For international flights, passengers can book 60 minutes before the departure.
Passengers who use wheelchairs or need special assistance, can also apply for web check-in in All Nippon Airways but they have to obtain their boarding passes from the airport. Web check-in is not available for passengers travelling with children below 2 years of age.
To confirm, passengers can visit https://www.ana.co.jp/en/in/international/prepare/checkin/online-checkin/ and click on any of the two links that would direct them to another page. There, one simply has to type his/her 6-digit alphanumeric reservation code and provide the first and last names, and click on the search button. One could also provide his/her 13-digit e-ticket number.
Baggage Allowance
The check-in baggage allowance for economy and premium class cabins in All Nippon Airways are two baggage pieces weighing 23 kg not exceeding 158 cm in length, width, and height. For passengers travelling in business and first class cabins can carry up to two baggage pieces with 32 kg each and not exceeding 158 cm.
Passengers flying in All Nippon Airways can carry 10 kg of baggage and the dimensions should not exceed 115 cm in length, width, and height. This rule applies to all the cabins.

To check the flight schedule, passengers can simply visit https://www.ana.co.jp/fs/int/en/ and fill in the details including the date, if one is departing or arriving, and the flight number. To search for the airport one has to provide the departure or arrival date along with selecting the area of departure and the airport code; departure airport, the area of arrival and arrival airport along with the airport code.
Passport and Visa Information
Indian nationals can apply for a short-term visa for a period of 90 days for tourism and business. For a tourist visa, a passenger is required to provide the visa application form along with his/her photo, passport, the itinerary of travel and hotel booking, document that shows one is able to pay for the expenses, latest income tax returns and recent bank statements of the last 6 months.
For a business visa, apart from the visa application form, passport, itinerary of travel and hotel booking, one must also provide the certificate of employment, and travel requisition by his/her employer.

Passengers on the first class seats get a square cabin offering comfort and privacy and get to watch the latest blockbusters, rare unreleased Japanese films, enjoy a fine dining experience and shop duty free items onboard. Business class seats also offer plenty of privacy along with a fine dining experience to passengers.
