We would like to clarify that the room details - including the location on the ground and first floors, the presence of a private entrance, and the view - were clearly mentioned on the booking page to ensure full transparency. Regarding the room and view, we do offer a Deluxe room with an attached balcony and scenic views, which would have better suited your preferences.
