Yes Homes - Chibbo

Very tough to locate and reach hotel despite hotel assistance. I finally had to abort my stay after searching for the hotel for an hour. Keep that in mind!

We stayed for 1 night only. Location is 2-3 km away from main town. Google map took us through the interior bylanes of the hilly village which was quite harrowing. Cottages are spacious with each having two double beds which can accommodate 6 guests easily. Food was below par. It is mandatory to take breakfast and one meal at the resort. Scenic beauty was good. Ideal for those travel-ling in a group.

The outdoor view was totally awesome and the hospitality was very nice. The food was good and hygienic. We have travel-led as a 4 person group and one room double queen size bed we don't have any difficulty. Mostly recommended for offbeat destination

Wonderful location. The host is extremely helpful. He arranged for whatever we wanted. The property is slightly remote but you can get amazing view of sikkim and kalimpong

Staff is very helpful, joyous and had a nice stay. If you love serene locale away from crowd and among-st vastness of kanchenjunga range, this is a place for you.

The stay was pleasant, homely, prasanta was so nice, his statement that i liked most 'you are our guests before you are our customer. Very homely. Best for family, couple even nature liking stags as well, i feel. I surely recommend.

I had to wait for an hour in the morning for the caretaker to wake-up in order to inform them that there is no water in my washroom. This was a challenge. The was nothing written in make my trip about mandatory breakfast or dinner. However the homestay said something different. You guys should update your application information about homestay rules and mandates. This is quite a harrasment to customera

We stayed there with two kids. Initially we were very worried about the safety as the property is situated in a remote location. But believe me the hospitality of the staffs of yes home and the scenic beauty was awesome. It's a absolutely private property so don't be worried about the safety. In one word it was an awesome stay at yes home chibbo. Service was excellent. To be very honest we requested for many things which were not included in the tariff. But they provided those amenities with smile always. Generally we don't expect this kind of great services from home stays.

Location is slightly far from city. Home stay owner car is the only way to move and it's quite expensive.

The location is not so much convenient as it is in the remote area. It is located just opposite to the Kanchenjunga. The room was very comfortable and the washroom was clean. The caretaker behaviour was very bad. They didn't provided a hot water bottle in our room. Gyser problem was not working properly. I must say the view from the room was very good. The property is value for money but I Am not satisfied with the service.

The location was very convenient and it is just opposite to the Hills of Kangchenjunga. The staff and the owner was very friendly and they helped us a lot. The room was cosy and the washroom was spotless. The facilities are all good. I will recommend this property to others in future. The hotel is neat and clean. Overall it was a great experience over there. I will love to visit again.

Room was clean and tidy. Room view was amazing. Washroom was very hygienic. The hotel is run by a family and when I checked out of the hotel, owner personally dropped me to the Airport by his own car. I will go there again in future with friendly.

We were not allowed to set up bonfire at the place. Also, there were restrictions on playing music (even at a low sound level). The staff person though was kind enough to offer hot water.

if you love nature this is your destination. You may not get five-star luxury here but oh boy its beautiful. Separate cottage, large rooms big cots 24 hours water and the ambience. You will get mad. The most vital part is the hospitality of the hosts. They are great. If I do not take the name of Sunita it would be a sin. She has worked round the clock to look after us including making meals. She is wonder cook and a very dignified lady. Her husband and brother-in-law also supporting her through the hours to maintain their property. Excellent stay. Hats off to them.

The retreat is away from town area in a village . It was difficult for us to find it. We took nearly 2hrs to reach the retreat from market. The direct route is too narrow and not paved. Only bolero type of vehicles can pass through. I will recommend to book it only if you want to enjoy natural beauty of kalimpong in cheap rate. The staff behavior is good. Only husband wife are running the homestay. No other staff is there. You have to carry your own luggage. There was no recharge in television. Food is good. Limited options. They will arrange vehicle for you if you demand.

We the bike riders stay here it is amazing place but direction of this place from Kalimpong is not clear and local people basically known as Chibbo retreat, over all very beautiful place.
