The hotel is best rated as okay type. The front desk personnel is good, efficient and friendly. Eager to help you at 11 o'clock in the night. Room is spacious with double bed, chairs and mirror. No dressing tables in the non-ac rooms. Washroom cistern didn't have a flush-nob. Inside of buckets have become stained. Otherwise, everything is ok. Location is good and peaceful.

Manager has quite rude behavior. Asking questions on each activity. Power back up is only limited to light and fan, you can't even charge your phone at that time. Services are always delayed. No assistance was provided. No soap or face wash was provided during the stay.

Manager disrespected me saying they cant allow unmarried couples. N he was very rude to me.

I stay one night only, but the room was very clean, bathroom was very clean, services was also good, and the price is also very affordable, it will be preferable that you should buy your food from outside, it's cheaper outside.

It is a good stay. Owner is a nice. Good service but should have heater and the bed was hard. Otherwise, all are good.

Staff was nice, though receptionist rarely sit on his place. Location is okay and close to the market. No geyser, but you can ask for hot water from the reception. No hotel landline is there and every time I need to come downstairs. If you need cushioning mattress, then don't opt for this hotel. Bed mattress were so poor and my mom is having back pain since the day 1 of the stay. Overall, stay was fine and you can't expect everything in just a small price.
