Isolated place/not for senior citizens

The place is overall good. it's a quiet nice stay, very peaceful and full of greenery. You get to choose the food you want to eat with an exclusive cook, just for you. But there were a couple of things to keep in mind before you book this place. Writers hill is located almost 45 minutes away from the nearest populated place called Nahan. The entry to the resort is like a 500-meter hike up to the hill. While there would be help to take your luggage up, you still would have to carry yourself on the rocky terrain. Also, the place is surrounded by Jungle on 3 sides and there is a sense of fear always lingering in your mind. This place is not for elders as there is nothing to do except for resting and checking out the greenery around.

I stayed there for 2 nights with my parents. From the start till the end of our stay, mr. Harinder (owner) made us feel at home. He was there for every small thing and helped us with a smile for everything. The staff was very polite and helpful. As for the cottages, they have 3 different cottages, with ample space, clean washrooms and near to eating area. Even both days they arranged bonfire for us, which was a big plus point, as that was the time when i was able to cherish our old memories, future plans and funny incidents with my family. Overall one of the best stay with my family till now. Hope to visit again soon.

There is a river and a waterfall close to this property which makes the location great. The whole feel of this property is majorly good because of the untouched nature around and the humble staff. They do not have a food menu but can cook anything you want them to. The food is tasty as they use less of oil and spices which is easy to digest. Overall I had an amazing experience.
