familyWe stayed in winter white hotel from 30 of sep to 2 of october. Food was really good. Amenities are not available like they dont have heater in room when we asked for it they said it will cost us auro uh and 500 per night beside when we were ready to pay that amount still that heater was not working, geyser is not working due to frequent power cut& they dont have any power backup. Staff is pretty rude.

We have booked this hotel for 2 days stay and the room was dirty at the time of check in. When i ask to clean the room they said that there is no one to clean the room as we reached late at night we have to stay there for 1 night. Trust me never pay in advance for this hotel.

The winter white hotel offers great views. We had the room in 3rd floor and the views from the room of kaza were great. The rooms were clean. There are issues of water and electricity coz of the remote location however the hotel ensures light on generator during powercuts. The food options are decent. All important locations are nearby, main market is a walk of 10 mins. The hotel staff is cooperative and professional. Thanks for a great stay guys.

The property was really great for a group stay. The property was clean And the facilities were good. I had food during my stay And it was really good. The staff was friendly And helpful And the location was peaceful. Although it took some time to reach. Overall I will recommend this property to others.
