An acute monsoon and heavy downpour pushed me into hotel a bit earlier. During checking in I got a complementary upgrade on request and that made my stay really memorable. Very special view especially when Damanganga is flowing fully. Very clean and large swimming pool. The restaurant is located on the bank of the river. Good food and great hospitality. A special mention of Kaikasha, a, very friendly and sharp intern.

We - family of 4 people and a year old baby enjoyed our stay for 2 days. We requested room decoration for our kids birthday - they did a superb job. Staff is really helpful. We booked duplex Room. Room decor is nice. beautiful view from balcony (we booked pool facing room) Breakfast buffet was good decent spread they do serve non veg. They also provided baby food (Khichadi) Pros - location. Road touch. - Main tourist attractions like BAPS Swaminarayan tempal and Nakshatra Van are hardly like 10 mins driving. Dudhani boating point is 1 hr driving (highly recommend) - Service. quality. Hospitality - Parking. Swimming pool. Game room. - Rooms are specious (again we booked duplex). - it's well within the city so u will find movie theater shops nearby if u need. - I found it value for money Scope of improvement - lift is not operational I don't mind taking staircase but for those who need it like elderly - maintainance of certain fixtures - like switch boards and glass fixture in loft (in duplex room) that glass is very heavy and needs to be placed correctly we had to change first room as glass was loose - Air freshener in corridor
