not up to the mark. the service was pathetic. you keep on calling on reception no one will respond. pathetic in terms of money we spend for this stay

Ambience was not clean at all, staff was not co-operative. There was stain on linens and hot kettle was rusted from inside. No cleanliness at all. There was no wifi except in lounge area or if you want to use it wifi you need to go to lounge area, no geyser and no heater in the room. Cut off power supply because of power plant. Food was good though but rest I will like it to rate 1/10

Vishnu Grand, Badrinath: Convenient location, average rooms, poor food quality, and hygiene concerns. Staff was cooperative. Improvements needed in facilities and services to match expectations.
