HORRIBLE. Stink everywhere. Paint from walls are peeling out. bathroom standard is worse than bus stand toilets. Some previous visitor's POOP STILL STICKS TO THE TOILET SEAT. The food from their associated restaurant is an other nightmare . IMMEDIATELY SUFFERED WITH DIARRHEA after eating that.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable.. overall clean and well maintained rooms… Food at downstairs restaurant “sugar & spice” is awesome… overall very good experience

Has everything that you will need, including electric kettle, electric locker. Is on highway with ample parking

Location : on highway, easily accessible. Located on 1st floor. *no lift is available* rooms : spacious with good cleanliness. Attached toilet bathroom : spacious and clean with basic toiletries kit. For food : 3 food outlets just below the hotel. 1. Sugar & spice 2. Shree khodiyar kathiawadi 3. Is-con gathiya centre all are famous and runs chain all over gujarat. Serve good hygienic food. 4 out of 5

Lack cleanliness - nobody was there as only 2-3 guest were staying. No water bottle no tea-sugar-milk powder for early morning tea

The hotel rooms were clean. If you are looking for big rooms and pocket friendly then this hotel is the best options. It’s just 5minutes from chamundi mama mandir main gate. Staff is super friendly specially the restaurants staff. They don’t have concierge or housekeeping as such but you call on the number provided to you on your check-in they make things happen for you.

Stay was pleasant. Excellent room service. Very spacious room with basic amenities. Proximity from the temple was a big plus.

Cleanliness good. Room and bathroom both specious and clean. Balcony view was superb as there was a huge bay a bird(sughri) nest colony on palm trees near by glass window. Food at nearby "kathiyavadi bharuch restaurant was testy.

Good hotel. Amazing experience. Good facility. And nice place. Big parking area.

Room was good, staff was nice, only thing missing was tea bags and milk pouch for morning tea.

I loved the location of the hotel which is 5 mins drive from the temple. There is a small kids play area that is also available. Good restaurants and big parking space.

Well maintained place with family friendly atmosphere place in chotila. Recommended well.

Over all average experience cleaning of bead is not good bed sheet not replaced tv is not in working condition

The staffs are polite. The washroom was clean and the room was comfortable. The location is convenient for my purpose of visit. The food was very good and delicious. But the surroundings of the hotel is not clean. The hotel is safe and secured. I will recommend this property to others. Overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay at Virgo Chotila.

It was one of the worst and irresponsible room service experience ever. The staff just didn’t care about us. It was as if they were just busy in their own work. No courtesy, irresponsible, ignorant and shameless behaviour, this is what we experienced. Even at the time of check-out, neither there was anyone at reception nor there was no one to pick up the phone. My husband had to go and find the staff. It was 7 am in the morning and we were getting late and the staff was sleeping. No one was there even at the time of check-out. If you don’t have staff then you should not run the hotel.
