Everything was terrible from the staff attitude to room cleaness. It was a disaster for my family to stay in havelock island. Pols avoid this so-called resort.

The hotel was beautiful but service and facilities are pathetic. The room was having cockroaches and sink was leaking and flash was not working. Landline was not working. Food was good and tasty.

Location was good, breakfast was ok ok. Service was excellent and staff were helpful. Easy to reach the hotel from Port. The only thing is that the hotel is overpriced.
