I have a big experience of india as i came 40 times and stayed in about 400 to 500 places. This place is a very bad value and offer little for this price per night. The room is basic and seems unfinished except the ceiling and its lights. They say that they have hot water but not for the shower. They bring a bucket a hot water (upon my arrival, i requested it for the next day at 8 am : at 8. 45 am i had to go down to request it and i got it at 9. 10 am. They say that they have wifi but in my room on the second floor there was no signal because they have no extender on this floor nor on the first floor. I had to remain in the entrance of the building for good wifi or in a room on the first floor to get a medium level wifi. The room is basic : they don't provide towel, soap or bin. I got a towel because i insisted very much. Although it was january, there were mosquitoes because there is no net in the bathroom. There were spider webs on the electricity wire 1 metre above the bed and some long hair on the floor. I am not sure of the cleanliness of the pillow covers. The sheet was printed therefore it was difficult to say. I knew that check out was 8 am and it didn't bother me but it may be too early for some. I was surprised by the poor value of this place given its rate but i should have read the real negative reviews I agree totally with these reviews.
