Vijay Deluxe

Rooms are spacious and full of amenities. Food is healthy. Hotel is very near to city centre and at walkable distance from bus and railway station. Staffs are very prompt and cooperative.

Service was good. Location as per the city is appropriate. Need to up their game a bit. City does not have any 3 star hotels, so they. can be the 1st one to become. Just need to upgrade themselves.

Dear sir, i could not check in hotel as all entries of sultanpur city were closed by police and authorites to control crowd coming from kumbh. I called hotel reception to inform the same and requested them to cancel booking or postpone it for next day as i was in my car on outskirts of sultanpur along-with thousands of vehicles totally stuck on the road through out night. I also called hotel reception in the morning also to convince them again asking them to video call me if they have any doubt. They could check my location and see everything and could do this little favour to me. But they said "hum kyu refund kare" and just cut my phone. Full country knows what are the conditions of the crowd on roads between mahakumbh to ayodhya. I request your good sense to please tie-up with hotel staff and refund my money. Regards yogesh

Staff is asking free breakfast pay after given food invoice. Shoddy staff & management. Not expected this kind of facility on behalf of make my trip platform.

Room was not good size is small as per price no wardrobe in room & bathroom also not proper working tabs and thirty smell came around the room t v not working properly hotel service is very slow overall my experience was not good with vijay deluxe hotel and i will never visit again in this hotel

Room"s wall paper are old and torn. Wash basin water tap was leaking and need to close from below. Uper tap was not working. Bad experience.

I switched off the ac before check out, the staff was not behavioral i requested for late check out but they didn't consider.

Washroom not maintained. Very old property. Staff behaviour especially the man at reception is very bad. While check-in he informed me about lots of restrictions pertains to hotel just like threatening me. I will never visit this hotel again this is the second worst experience of mine from make my trip.

The rooms were very average. Everything from furniture to ac was very old and not well maintained. Although they were clean. This property is not worth It should be much less. It looks good from outside only.
