Location is ok .. near Bangladesh border . Food is nice but less availability.Rooms are ok .. need to control mosquito. Service is good

Good room service.. View from resort was good.. Fooding is costly.

It was a very bad experience. The facilities were nothing as compared to the price charged. The staff was not friendly at all. I will suggest not booking this hotel at all.

No complementary tea coffee offered as per our voucher and no electricity was there during our stay

Spacious and clean rooms. Food is decent. Hospitality and services are poor. Generator backup is there but it’s not automated and staff doesn’t turn it on unless forced. Complementary items are much below expected level. No hi tea as mentioned in invoice

Hotel is neat and clean, staff is well behaved, the service is good. The only issue is restaurant closes at 19.30 and food is average.

Worst services, worst place, even basic facilities are not available. Won’t recommend this hotel at all to anyone

Maintainance is very bad. Room rate is very costly. Counter booking is 2500- but on mmt rate is 5800-

We were initially given a room with no kettle, no wifi, no tv, but after speaking to the very helpful owner, they changed our room with tv, kettle, and also provided internet router. Room was good.

Nice property but they have limited staff which is an issue. Room was big, spacious and clean but jet was not working properly and drainage hole was not having cover. Electricity is also a challenge as due to heavy rain electricity cuts are more. Othetwise nice stay.

The hotel is missing basic amenities, in toilet, rooms, pillows, blankets were stinking, family room had 1 fan for 5 people to share, no jet in toilet. Food was below average. That's all

The staff were incredible but other than that it was a disappointing experience. Did not have electricity for more than half the night (didn’t have any electricity from 6am to check out) and the breakfast could have been better.

If someone want to stay in dharmashala than he should be happy to stay, otherwise this is not a hotel at all, lot of mosquito, bathrooms leaking, whole night no electricity and dg also switched on for only one to two hours. How makemytrip can host such an property on its platform is surprising

The rooms are pretty big and comfortable. Also it has good food options, not sure why people have put bad ratings on, its one the best stay you can expect in and near dawki.

There are 5 to 6 rooms on the back side of the hotel with no view. The location is bit away from the market area. Rooms lacks amenities. However the manager and staff try their best to make stay comfortable

Vestawood has a good scenic location, peaceful atmosphere. Everything is decent given that it's situated in a small town of dawki. Just the food preparation and serving takes quite a lot of time which can be worked upon. It is understaffed too so that can be improved as well

Many reasons to rate it Bad: 1. Price difference. 2. ⁠No power supply for whole night. 3. ⁠room abd washroom full of lizards, insects, flies and cockroaches. 4. ⁠had a terrible experience, could not sleep whole night.

Cancel the tour but don't book this hotel the manager doesn't have the manners to talk, there is no tv in the hotel not a fan no wifi if you have any problem at night, there is no one left, you have to face it yourself. Even if you book a room, they will not give it to you, for that too you will have to talk to them, tolerate their rudeness and then you will get a room. But these people cut off the lights from the main board at night, so that you do not switch on the ac, then you have to remain in darkness the whole night and the lights switch on at 6 in the morning. And a dog is free in the hotel overnight, barking all night. And because of this you cannot even step out of your room to get fresh air.
