Actually hotel was at the good location and staff were really nice, the way they welcome us was really good only one thing i missed that room should have been more cleaned so that it feels good food was really nice and the important thing is check out and check in was very smooth

Vatika hotel has poor infrastructure. No geaser working. Delay in service. Need to improvement. Towels are not upto mark.

I have stayed here overnight, location is good, well behaving staff. Food which i ordered also ok. I booked without ac by mistake but they given me ac rooms with rs 400 extra pay.

It was neutral but not great, service is limited staff doesn't respond to our calls sometimes. No breakfast is available even if we want to pay for it. The room doesn't have proper ventilation. The smell from the bathroom comes directly to the room. There are no amenities available, we have to call them for everything even for the soap in the bathroom. Staff is not very serious about customer service.
