*excellent family getaway at valluvanadu residency* we recently had the pleasure of staying at valluvanadu residency with three families, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! the accommodations were incredibly convenient and comfortable for our group. The spacious rooms provided ample space for relaxation, while the clean and well-maintained restrooms were a welcome amenity. The food served was delicious and satisfying. What truly made our stay exceptional was the warm hospitality and attentive service from the manager and supporting staff. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was genuinely appreciated. Thank you, valluvanadu residency, for creating wonderful memories for our families. The stay was wonderful, the place was very scenic and peaceful. The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. I'd like to offer a couple of suggestions. Firstly, the privacy around the pool area was a bit of a concern. Since the spa opens directly onto the pool, it reduces the sense of privacy. It would be great if this could be addressed. Secondly, I felt the bar facilities could be enhanced to offer a better experience.

Hotel is good, buts its not in perinthalmanna as mentioned in portal, its 13 km away from town at melattur. So if you have work at perinthalmanna then its not the VALLUVANAD RESIDENCY i would recommend. If you are on a vacation and want to spend time in resort kind of setting then its a good place. Overall people at VALLUVANAD RESIDENCY are friendly, rooms are spacious and clean

Peaceful location, pleasant stay, good, calm and helpful receptionist. Rooms were neat and clean, no disturbances. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Food buffet options are limited but had quality breakfast. Overall a serene and pleasant stay. Lots of parking space and away from the busy highway. Kudos to the team!

The VALLUVANAD RESIDENCY was located at a calm and quiet place , best place to stay and relax . The restaurant is good , pool is small but good (water is chlorine treated) , staff are very service oriented .

Didn't expect such nice rooms for this price point. Absolute value for money stay. Food was also good. They have their own restaurant inside so that you don't have to go outside for food. Highly recommended !

It's good to say everything is fine. Good behavior from staff good food. Well maintained room everything is fine. I will prefer the same location when ever need a stay around perithalmanna
