Vaikunth Dham Guest House

Paid - per night excluding taxes for 1500- per night (offline) hotel. Geyser was controlled by them externally. There was no facilities of tea or hot drinking water considering temperature in badrinath in night of around 2 degree in october first week. Only thing i liked is they provided 3 beds and one blanket with thick rajai per person.

location is good but rooms are too small, three beds are forced in them, no space for moments, room is damp and smelly, bathroom is not clean, television is on but doesn't work, no drinking tea no order.

Rooms are not that clean. After telling the attendant the bed sheet which was full of dust. Bathroom fittings were broken, water was leaking from the cistern. Once the attendant changes the bedsheet and left the place for lunch and never seen again. But the most disgusting thing is the hotel has no food court it is the most disappointing part.

The title says it all. There is no receptionist for the entire night. I had to wait for 10 hours just to get to talk to the receptionist for getting my keys. Disappointed by the way they treat their guests. If they want to come whenever they want to come they shouldn't have registered with MakeMyTrip. That's a big mess up.

Hotel location is good as it is very close to bus stand however maintenance is very poor. No dedicated care taker is there. Whosoever is there is manager peon etc. Cleanliness is so so.

Thanks to god that we all are safe after facing a big issue like disaster in this hotel. Please do not go with this property.

There is no facility of water and food and prices are little bit high.

It's just ok. The rooms were not clean. You go to a place like Badrinath and normally don't expect any luxury stays Around there but the rates that are being charged are ridiculous for that type of facility

I had very bad experience as hotel staff could not open gate as no one was at gate hotel room does not have basic facility like TV itself, even toilet commode was also broken no soap or towel was provided.

They have charged Rs 7000 for two. These rooms do not cost more, No water, no facility at all.

Good cosy accommodation, very close to Badrinath temple. Rooms are clean but services are a bit slow and lacking. View from hotel is magnificent.

Staff/owner was very friendly during booking confirmation. But on reaching, the staff there was rude. Probably owner stays in Delhi and services taken care by two local boys. No toiletries in washroom. Power backup though catered for but not being run even after telling the staff. Overall pathetic experience.

Hotel room is to small. No facilities are there. Toilets and bed are dirty. No food facility. But one thing is that the temple is walking distance.

Ideally located, but rooms and toilet lack cleanliness. Rajais very smelling bad.

When the temperature was 2 degrees, the Guest House had not provided the room heater. Due to unbearable cold, we have to go to another hotel and your room was occupied by our driver. In such places which are very cold, particularly during night, you have to provide room heater otherwise the occupant may get heart attacks.
