V.K. Residency, Kukke Subramanya

VK Residency is 19KM away from Kukke Subramanya. Room is good, Bath room is clean. Not crowded. Got hot water in the morning. TV will not work. Non AC BAR is at the basement of the building. Parking available

Hotel is not suits for family it's having bar of its own and vegan food is not available near by. No hot water at evenings. It will suits only for bachelors.

Staying was an average

Residency is not well maintained, rooms not cleaned well before we arrive a lot of sound till midnight there one bar in down

I recommend this hotel for night stay and this economical. If they can provide extra ammenities[towel, soap tv] with additional cost would be helpful. It is about 19 km from kukky subramanya temple.

I got room through my trip. At moment, it's was good experience stay with family and we missing room is clean and neat, other amenities to be improved coffee and tea beaverge is missing

The place was very far away from temple witness no cancellation policy. Complete waste on money. I did not even visited that place as it is 18kms away from temple. Waste of money & time

Rooms are decent. There was no water at 5 am which was horrible. Had to call multiple times until they picked and provided water

Stay is good. Room maintenance also good. But only one thing is too long from kukke subramanya swami temple. Almost 19 km.

I have not even checked in, but they said i checked in and now asking me to review. So no, its terrible.

The rooms are not clean, no towel, soap and shampoo. Power cut many times, no hospitality. No car parking. No hot water, only double is available, we booked 3 adult but they gave only double bed. Total hotel was worst and very bad stay. I don't have any pics. We have believe in makemytrip and we regularly book hotels from makemytrip but this time it's very worst. Pls check thoroughly and help us to avoid this type of issues

Due to an emergency and temple visit we preferred this terrible hotel at last minute as no other hotel stays were available. After entering we felt so much discomfort and it’s never advisable for family and married couple as they have a bar attached downstairs. No basic facilities were maintained well, and god the food they gave😭 It was half cooked, very raw in taste and pathetic😓 These guys also come with a No refund tag, hence I’m requesting fellow travellers to better avoid

Yes its really awesome experience in vk residency. Staff was quick response and they helped. Room was k but hot water facility is not there pols add that facility and overall good experience

The location is a bit remote from kukke subramanya temple and commute time is 30mins approx due to curved roads. It is not advisable to travel to kukke from here after 9pm because you won't see any people or vehicles in the complete forest road and all shops are closed. Room service was ok. There is a bar and restaurant below the property which is a bit uncomfortable for families.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (l.
