UTKAL HERITAGE

The receptionist is very rude and forced me to bribe him for few marks on bedsheet When I tried to even clean them by my own Didn't give personal space And very poor service, no one came to change the bedsheets. Very disappointed

All rooms has same photos, given some other room

Is was good about all facilities, hotel staff is good behaviour also owner behaviour is very good.

It was not as pleasant, the entrance of the hotel is very bad it's rock and stones also the muddy while it gets rain, be very careful l while entering. No water bottle provided in the room, room service is delayed. Only best part in the resort it's view is amazing.

The stay was good, no hassle, parking facility in front of the hotel, rooms are clean and nice. The amenities are not that get but enough.

Stay was okay .. clean room , toilet was small with less amenities … food service was not there , had to get from other restaurants but location was near main market also near to railway station

Hotel is located in a nice place, just 30 metre from highway, on 3rd floor of building which have a nice elevator ( lift ). Rooms are quite spacious. * you have to be smart to get what you deserve in the check-in, otherwise less is more here.

Room are v good, and room are neat and clean purely. Staff behaviour are also good. Hotel staff are good and polite
