Umaid Palace - A Lakeside Resort - 25 minutes to Mehandipur Balaji & Chand Baori Abhaneri

The food was excellent, property was huge and feels of it was totally royal but the pool was dirty and despite complaining nobody cares to clean it. It’s a good kid friendly pool but should have been clean. Also it’s such a huge property, they can create a small play area for toddlers. Lots of recreational things could be added. Overall good experience bit ofcourse pool maintenance is required.

The food was so great. Mr. Mohan singh was so helpful. Pool area also was good. Overall it was a good stay.

It’s ok property but not so as much as it looks in video,they do have space but more like a garden of your local area which does not give different or unique experiences

The property is nice but the upkeep is poor, some of the staff are rude. The food spread is average. Good maintenance and good administration can help them improve.

I recently visited this resort and had a great experience. Beautiful and spacious rooms with well maintained gardens. The most to fall in love with was tasty and fresh cooked food. Best staff and overall everything was great. I highly recommend this resort.

Wonderful experience in a remote area where you can get an experience of an authentic palace. All staves are very friendly.

20 power cuts, lack of staff and hospitality. Defective xtra bed. Low quality food. Lack of professionalism and lots of owner intervention

Excellent room and good service

It’s a beautifully property, right off the highway. The service js good, staff is very & cordial. The interiors, quality of furnishing is not upto the mark (for the price they sell at. If it was being sold at no problem. The property itself is huge, has a lot of potential, but has to be done up well.

It is good hotel to stay but require some thing to be upgrade for children play area send some sports equipment.

Hotel was good but maintenance was not done properly especially the fountain water which was dirty. When the electricity was cut they decided not to start the generator as we were the only guest. Reason was the fuel consumption was too high neither they provided source of light when the power was cut. We had to sit in the dark using our phone as torch for around 2 hrs.

Very clean, open and pollution free environment. Good size rooms in heritage style. The building and the decor is no less than a palace. Full value for money.

Food quality is good but need to add variety and rooms are not up to the mark as compare to cost paid

Please add refrigerator at room, improve wardrobe and furniture at room according to charges of room facilities are not upto the mark at room

The staff was well behaved and helpful, the owners took interest by taking our feedbacks and going out of their way to provide the best service.

Just want to request that visitor who is staying at your palace should not be forced to take meals as per hotel staff. The person at reception forces you to take their Buffet meal when they have loads of people in the hotel. And people can not order food of their own choice and there is no option to eat outside as Resort is in isolated area. The bath tub is mentioned but they do not have bath tub in any of their room.

This place is beautiful and very friendly for weekend getaways. I recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, staff friendliness and food. It's built in nature with protecting the natural resources and beautifying the nature with haveli looks.

The worst place i ever visited. The owner is soo rude. Not at all cooperative. Specially second son ( owner). I won’t visit it again.
