Stayed in room 2002, Bath room had no soap stand in the shower area, only single occupancy Bath amenities was provided in spite of double occupancy, morning room service boy was always behind tips, complimentary breakfast was not informed at all neither at the front desk or while ordering by the room service, height of arrogance by the bell boy, while checking in he was just standing and seeing, at checkout also he was just seeing no assistance was offered even to locate the room.
