Billing was very poor, Card payment not happening, even at 9 am bill was not ready even when I had informed approx 30 minutes in advance and was told that bill would be send over mail. Guy asked to pay by cash as settlement was not done for previous day.

The room had no WiFi, no 24 hour hot water they served one bucket water, no separate charging point. Very old hotel need to upgrade from old to new. Room rent must be between 700-1200, not at all 2200. This is the second time I am reviewing such harsh review after my Kolkata trip. I must say I am quiting MMT, I think MMT local Manager over rate local hotels.

Stay was comfortable. Location is good, rooms and bathroom clean. Family can use this hotel for their stay, good ambience. Food can be bettered but thats my choice. Staff very cordial, they extended our stay for three hours without charging for it.
