ambience is good.. but no proper washrooms .. commode is not maintained.. and except washroom total stay is good and value for money

nice clean rooms and pool promixity to iconic Radhanagar Beach, food a bit expensive like it is in all TSG properties but of good quality, should have minibar in rooms otherwise great stay with great quick service

The resort is good with a nice ambiance, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the bar and restaurant operations are quite limited, as they open only for a few hours in the morning and evening. The food quantity feels a bit low compared to the high prices, and the taste was just average. Considering the bar pricing, we expected a premium experience, but it felt more like a 3-star standard. Overall, a decent stay, but food and bar services could definitely improve. It is nearby to Radhanagar beach so thats a plus point. Also, pool and spa facilities were not available, which was a bit disappointing( we went in off season that can be the reason). overall a decent stay.

Property location is very good right next to radhanagar beach , barely 5kms walk. The receptionists were extremely kind . They even upgraded our room . Highly recommended stay

We stayed at TSG Resorts Havelock and honestly, it was a disappointing experience. The property is quite old and poorly maintained. Bathrooms were in terrible condition with no proper toiletries, smelly towels, and very basic upkeep. The swimming pool was under maintenance throughout our stay. The breakfast provided is just a namesake, nothing to look forward to. Reception staff were quite rude, and even the security wasn’t friendly. Everything here works on a strict timetable — breakfast, indoor games, room cleaning, etc. We came for relaxation, but instead felt pressured to adjust to their timings. The checkout policy is another major issue — check-in is at 12 pm, but checkout is forced at 8:30 am which is not usual. The only positive was the location — just a 5-minute walk to the famous Radhanagar Beach. Also, their à la carte restaurant food was good, but since there aren’t proper restaurants nearby, you’re forced to depend on them. Overall, not a great stay and definitely not worth the price.

Had an excellent stay in a well maintained property with cordial staff and yummy food...The only drawback was the location, it's quite away from the city centre

Food was normal but quite expensive, stay was ok ok wash room was not that much comfortable

The property is very beautiful keeping the serenity of Havelock island.. the amenities are great and services is best.. they were kind and flexible enough to accommodate our extra needs like early check-in and keeping luggage for few extra hours after check out etc.. only suggestion I would have is to include few more authentic seafood options in menu for those customers who are keen to explore food

The property is conveniently located at a distance of approximately 700m from Radhanagar Beach. The food is fantastic and so is the service! Santosh is an excellent host!

Resort is very near to sea beach & property is well maintained and lots of greenery. Room service and hospitality is excellent service provided by biplob is fantastic

The property is located very close to the RadhaNagar beach ; one of the pristine beaches in Asia. The ambience and hospitality is great, well maintained. Highly recommended.

We stayed in hotel for 2 days. It was a decent stay there. The staff was cooperative. Mr. Sadanand is very cute there. He sits in Cafe and offers awesome chocolate shake. Pool was good. Hotel doens't provide Cab services. Food is tasty. However, limited food choices for vegetarians in Buffet and it is expensive Hotel is very close to radhanagar beach
