The stay was good but the only problem was they didn't have a heater in the room apart from that it was a great stay. The staff was good I mean not that cooperative. The property is recommendable.

familyManager of the property was very cooperative. People were nice. They didn't provide a heater to us because of that we had suffered from the cold whole night. They have a good management system but, just because of the heater I don't think this property is recommendable.

This facility doesn't provide even half of what it lists and promises. We went as a group of 6 family members. Our booking confirmed that we had a complimentary welcome drink, buffet breakfast, parking and a host of other luxurious services. On reaching there, we found that the place doesn't even have a reception, dining area, concrete roads and spaces for parking. we didn't get breakfast, welcome drink and most of the other services promised. The attitude of staff was dismissive and bad.

It is an under construction property which has no proper amenities. Not suitable for older people and they don't have a room heater also. I visited there with my parents and it was the worst experience ever. Never recommend this tent hotel to anyone. Please, I request u all not to book this as these people are totally cheating tourists in the name of the hotel. Too costly without any facility.

There is only one type of tent and I booked a super two tents with buffet breakfast. But there was no room/tent constructed for breakfast.

The stay experience was horrible, unprofessional staff and manager, not ready to listen anything, you ll be treating like they are doing favour on you. They cheated us by saying free breakfast and then they charged for it. They took 50 percent charge for extra bed that is totally worthless. They talk rudely and no facilities nothing at all, it seems we just lost our bucks for two tent and one extra bed. Horrible, don't go there if you are planning to stay in Badrinath.

Dear sir, we are extremely sorry for not meeting your expectations. Here its necessary to mention that you have been offered your prebooked well appointed rooms. Your booking was made for 2 rooms on double occupancy without breakfast through MMT so there is no question of free breakfast. You booked for 4 persons but came with 6 persons without prior information to the hotel. If you remember you were arguing to accommodate extra persons without paying anything extra. Sir, as per the reservation policy there is extra bed charges applied on extra adults. Hence, we were unable to offer the extra bed without extra cost. Since the room was booked on without meal basis so breakfast charges was obvious to apply. We are disappointed to know that you suffered there for any reason. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to serve you.
