Light was only available for 3 hrs from 7pm to 10pm so heater in room worked only for 3 hrs and temperature was -3 degree at night. They operate DG only for 3 hrs besides charging 18000/- per night to save money on diesel fuel ignoring customers welfare. Then water stopped coming in wash basin in night from 11pm till 7 am. Staff was humble n helpful but had limitations as were to follow orders of property owner.
