The stay in the hotel was an overall nice experiance. The rooms were big and spacious enough for 4 guests. The location is also on the main road so there is no difficulty in finding the hotel. The service and management is also good the food was also great. Allover staying in hotel the ta-rang was a nice experiance.

The staff was rude and did not know how to take criticism at all. The whole hotel stink-ed a lot. There were stains on the bedsheets. Someone had spit tobacco in the cupboard. The rooms were dirty as hell. The lobby felt like it was going to fall apart any moment. The hotel was run by just 2 people, the manager and his lapdog. At a price above 1000 you can find many other better hotels. Honestly the price for the room should have been around 200 or so. Go if you want to experience a bad time

Thanks for giving us chance to understand a customer. We had handed over cleaned and sanitized room with a new unpacked bedsheet, ac, gyser, premium dth tv with round the clock power backup. You enjoyed two best comfortable nights and had not made any compaint. You had unsuccessful visit and wanted to leave a day before so requested refund against non-refundable booking which was suggested to get back from mm t as was paid to them only & which we approved instantly on a single call from mmt. We are not able to understand your dissatisfaction, but assure to look more deeply in to it. Thanks for taking time of bringing customer's view to our knowledge and will work more cautiously.
