It was really a wonderful experience. Rooms were neat & clean. Restaurant service was also very good. There was a bit of a delay in room dining orders but overall it was a great experience.

The doesn’t mention that the executive rooms will not have windows. It felt very claustrophobic and smelled really bad. The rooms weren’t cleaned everyday nor were the towels changed, we had to ask for soaps and other basic things. There was no hot water available any of the days we stayed. We had also paid everything online while making the booking but were asked to pay when checking in and when we were checking out and the staff didn’t even apologise for this even when clearly this was due to their system not being updated. Finally they had provided one room key for 1 room and few of us were locked out couple of times. Would not recommend staying here.
