Good rooms but front office and room service need improvement

Rooms are clean, well ventilated. Bathroom is also good but water force is very less, toilet papers are not maintained. Check-in process is terrible, first, the front office refused the booking stating the reason that they have not received payment from MakeMyTrip. However it was resolved later but the front office needs some training to improve the check-in experience. Dislike the breakfast, options are very less and service is also not good.
