Stay at riverside retreat it's wonderful experience to stay at riverside retreat hotel. Great location to stay at pahalgam and i will definitely recommend this hotel. One of the best hotel to stay at pahalgam. Room is well decorated and the staff are also very friendly. It's a value worth property.

really put me in a life threatening situation that one night.no tv and no wifi to start with.then no water and no electricity in freezing temperatures.the hotel staff discontinued the generator in the middle of the night leaving the guests to freeze in the unheated rooms when outside temperatures were -3.they were most reluctant to provide dinner and asked us to walk it to the nearest dhaba in pitch darkness something we were not keen on the morning and throughout the night there was no water in the toilet and we could not even use the washroom.this was torture ofthe kind i had not been subjected to in my life.thoroughly unprofessional staff.the room was not even worth ifor this property.i should be asking you for a refund with damages for risking my life and also my wife's.

The worst property ever. Terrible experience

our hotel experience is terrible room no heater, no tv, no any room service, in toilet jet not working, breakfast n dinner quality very very poor.

I want to raise a complaint. My stay was at the riverside retreat, but i was allocated to lidder view resort. I want refund. My booking was at riverside retreat. I was not allowed to stay at the riverside retreat and my stay was degraded to lidder view resort. ?

It’s a small beautiful resort situated at riverside as the name suggests. It’s 10 mins before pahalgam main market, but quite and relaxing space. Quality of food in dinner could have been better. Rest everything was perfect.

Our stay was good, rooms were clean, staff was very polite and helping, property had a very good view, it was just beside the river, but the property was on the main road, away from market and resturants. I would rate 3star to this property

Property is under construction. Rooms lack basic amenities. No power backup was available. No tv set in the room. Electricity fluctuations kept happening throughout the night. Geyser wasn't even working. No ac or room heater to maintain room temperature. Not even a tea kettle was provided. Bathroom seat was broken. After much followup and arguments, room was changed. Highly overrated and overvalued. No proper front desk to assist. No dining area or facility. One cook is available who serves everyone in the rooms or a small dining area. Kitchen is right next to the room. Staff keeps fighting among-st themselves. No security arrangements.

Terrible. It's a horrible stay nd staff was not good

Location of this resort is too good. One can access the river from the property itself. Lawn area is very well maintained and it's very peaceful environment. Staff is very friendly and caring. Food is good but breakfast options are limited. But still taste is good. Some of the big let downs are hygiene and non availability of facilities staff from 8pm till 8 am. Rooms are very spacious and newly built but you are accompanied by tons of flies. It's a big let down as resorts provide you electric racket to kill flies during your stay. This time electric fall back was not working which means in case of electricity cuts you are at mercy of hotel facilities team to manual restore the electricity which in my case took 3 hours. There is no fan in the room which is problematic especially during jun e july months. Owner of the property and manager are too helpful and guide you properly.

Location was excellent as it was actually river side. We spent a quality time at bank of river and in lawn area of property. But one thing which spoiled our stay was “power cut” during night and there was so much disturbance by staff outside the room. Except these each and everything was excellent.

For everything their explanation was we just started so don't have anything. Dinner was supposed to be started at 8 and didn't start till 9. The quality of food was horrible.

Awesome location just next to river. One can sit near to flowing water and enjoy

Location is very beautiful and property is also new. Staff is very friendly. Had few issues but staff was able to resolve them.
