Nice and decent room. Good food with great price. Room service is upto mark.Location is on main highway and good parking available

This time the experience was very bad. Instead of a luxury room, we were given a standard room. The room service was also very poor — despite calling many times, there was no response.

Staff needs training. They kept the family waiting with infants and took an hour just to check us in and had too many questions about visas as some people were foreigners in our group. Gave us a room with twin beds while we asked for king beds and when we asked for a king bed, we were asked extra to upgrade to a premium room. Even the kids IDs were checked which was a first for us. Pathetic hotel. Unprofessional staff. Never coming back. Better go with other hotels in the city and avoid Opal.

Overpriced & Disappointing The room was extremely small, and cost-cutting was visible everywhere. Food prices were unreasonably high—₹300 for a simple sandwich! Even basic amenities like complimentary tea/coffee were missing, with just an empty kettle in the room. Not worth the price at all. Totally unsatisfied!

After booking MAP plan i.e including Dinner in room tariff, they have demanded extra money for bread (चपाती) . Paneer quality is worst just like rubber.

It is approx 3 km from rampur station. The location is peaceful. The food is awesome. Try dal makhni it's the best in the world for sure. Serving size is less but taste awesome. Only problem i faced was some one else's food bill billed on my room with someone else's signature but i had no time to confirm so paid it.

The rooms are small and smelly. The restaurant and food was good.

Room cleanliness is a issue specially washroom - broken shower, hot & cold water not proper, towel looked pretty old, room phone not working

Location is the only best part about this property. No one seems to be bothered about the property. Renovation is required. For hot water please call reception before entering the bathroom. Food is just ok.

Hotel is some type of geust house, no test in morning breakfast. It is not bad for price but nothing special and you will g wt similar facility in city in same price

We were given room no m3, which was on the mezzanine floor with no lift facility and room was too small and very shabby. Very different from pictures shown to us.

Booked luxury room in opal two days ago, they allotted bridal room to me and there is no other way around to reach to your room you have to pass through a big marriage hall and at night they don't switch on light until you ask them twice. It becomes haunted place at night. Too much separated from others. So i request you all guys please switch on lights (becomes deserted area after 8 pm) if you are giving this bridal room to someone and please check the room amenities for the basic things. Overall i will say room was good and stay was pleasent. Room service was so good whatever i asked it was quick. Restaurants staff behaviour was so nice, delicious meals and starters. Thank you. I would like to suggest one thing. If someone is paying you around 9k for one day so never expect that they will take your cheap hangers and you were asking to check thier bags may be this was not your fault. It could be your trainings or you are hiring bar girls to entertain your customers at your reception. Humliation would have been at its best if i was there( my wife was there and i got to know today ) i hope i will never stay at opal but will be happy to enjoy your delicious food.

I would rate my overall experience at the hotel as 3/5 the rooms were small and worn out. Housekeeping did not offer any service. Even the breakfast was just average in taste. The staff at the front desk were courteous and helpful and they were the only good part about my stay.
