The Oasis Resort

Staying in Asia The Oasis Resort at Patnitop is a horrible experience. The hotel looks very old and there is no maintenance. It looks that nobody stays there. Staff is extremely inefficient. They have collected some Tom, Dick and Harry from nearby villages and did not give them any training. We can not make any call from the hotel. EPBAX does not work. To receive a call we have to rush to the reception. They donÂ’t have enough raw material with them. In order to serve us dinner, they took our car to buy raw material from nearby town KUD. They do not have proper blankets. In the mid night we had to ask for extra blankets and blower. The hotel looks like a Dharmashala. I have seen even better dharmashalas. If one is offered to stay in the hotel for free, he or she is not advised to stay in this hotel. Even if one is offered some money for the stay, he or she is not advised to accept the offer.

Located on the Highway. Room accommodation was average. Service is also averaged. Food was good but when ordered it took almost an hour time. Hotel Booking thru MakeMyTrip site was awesome with good deal but when we approach the booking details to the Hotel Manager (Who seats at the reception) was worst, first he declined to accept the booking, after speaking to someone from the their New Delhi official the manager was asked for print out of booking details, at last he was convinced after repeatedly talking to their New Delhi officials. Over all experience was average.

The location is perfect and on the highway. Rooms are with views. Kitchen services is not up to the mark. Bathrooms where neat and clean. Food quality was not ready to absorb the situation. Rest all is well.

Very dirty and not worthy for cost. Washrooms are dirty. Food is so costly. Away from city. Please never visit. Smell in pillows, dirty towel and no proper service. No other place nearby. No facility for internet at that time.

The hotel is located on the main road of Patnitop and Udhampur. Hotel looks good and they serve good food. Since its away from city, you need to inform the hotel desk about your food selection. The mail thing, they will provide you a room heater and the old water heaters will not be working properly. Good stay for Newly married couple, not for all. Think before booking.

At last after searching, we were able to trace the hotel. The location was good but the hotel was not operational. We were informed that the hotel is under maintenance. We were arranged to accommodate at a close by hotel on the high-way where one can have the sound of the vehicles passing by on the high-way entire night.

1. There is no proper electric supply, in case of power cut hotel management should arrange alternate electricity. 2. Hotel condition is poor, infrastructure is very old, walls are not painted properly. Hotel staff is not in proper uniforms. TV is not working. 3. Food quality is worst, after waiting long (1 hour after giving order), get tasteless and qualityless food. 4. Hotel is very far from the city, if person does not his vehicle, very difficult to reach city. 5. Child labour are also seen into the hotel.
