Decent stay at hotel northern lights

familyThe booking was done on 23. 11. 2022 for 2 nights stay on 25th and 26th february 2023 and 1 night stay on 2. 3. 2023. As makemytrip did not pass on the booking, we had experienced embarrassment and difficulties and wasted lot of time sitting at the reception. Finally, 1 night stay was allowed and with the help of mm t the hotel arranged our 2nd night stay at another hotel where also we had to wait for more than 2 hours for check in. Overall our stay at the hotel was excellent and we liked the food. The location was also good.

Stay was comfortable and hygenic. Food was delicious. Properly location is close to airport, jetty and other tourist attractions which is helpful to commute however service needs to improve which may be due to low staff. I will recommend this hotel for brief stay.

It was a wonderful experience to stay at hotel nothern lights. The room was very clean and hygienic. The food was very delicious. It felt like home. The hotel staff was very co-operative and a special thanks to sakir alam ji for managing everything so perfectly. He is a very kind, helpful and energetic person. Thank you.
